The Role: What to expect
Role Responsibilities: What you will do
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and related cloud services.
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure components, including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and related security services.
- Administer virtualized server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, backup, and recovery capabilities.
- Monitor IT security events, investigate incidents, and contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers while managing software licensing, procurement, and IT assets.
- Provide hands-on support to internal users and contribute to IT operations, infrastructure improvements, and compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 requirements.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional training and experience.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in IT administration, IT operations, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile device administration, including enterprise Linux environments.
- Good understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and network security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to work effectively in agile environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with virtualization technologies, backup solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001.
