The Role: What to expect

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our network infrastructure, overseeing license lifecycle management, and administering Microsoft O365 tools. You will also ensure effective SharePoint storage management and data lifecycle governance, supporting our commitment to reliability, security, and operational excellence.
Role Responsibilities: What you will do
Network Management
- Administer, monitor, and optimize the company’s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, wireless).
- Ensure network reliability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, escalating as needed.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory.
License Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the procurement, assignment, renewal, and retirement of software licenses.
- Track license usage and compliance, ensuring cost-effective allocation.
- Liaise with vendors for license renewals and audits.
Microsoft O365 Administration
- Manage and support all aspects of the Microsoft O365 environment (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Implement andmaintainsecurity policies, user access controls, and compliance settings.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on O365 tools.
SharePoint & Data Lifecycle Management
- Review andoptimizeSharePoint storage usage.
- Define and enforce data retention, archiving, and deletion policies.
- Ensure compliance with data lifecycle management standards and regulations.
IT Operations & Support
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for IT incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with other IT and business teams to deliver reliable IT services.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline IT processes.
- Stay current with technology trends and recommend improvements.
