The Role: What to expect
As a working student in the Customer Experience department, you will support the care of our end customers during the operational phase. The team includes the Technical Support team, the Aftersales team, and the Field Service Engineering/Technical Trainer team. You will gain insights into topics such as spare parts management and licensing models while also getting hands-on experience with our robots.
Role Responsibilities: What you will do
- You will prepare quotes and orders for our spare parts business, ensuring our customers are fully supported.
- You will assist in coordinating and planning training sessions, contributing to the optimal education of our customers.
- You will work hands-on with our robots in the R&D Center and support testing activities.
- You will help create service and training documentation to ensure our teams and customers are always well-informed.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- You are enrolled in an advanced stage of studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to research and evaluate complex information.
- You are a team player and ready to work in a dynamic and international environment.
- Fluent English and German, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
