We are seeking a technically savvy Account Manager (m/f/d) with a strong foundation in robotics and industrial automation to drive customer success and strategic growth. This role bridges the gap between commercial objectives and technical execution—ideal for someone with a consultative sales mindset and a passion for advanced technology.
As the main liaison between our clients and internal teams, you’ll oversee key post-sales relationships, ensure seamless solution deployment, and actively contribute to account expansion through a deep understanding of customer operations and industry challenges. You will also support technical roadmapping, lead solution alignment discussions, and act as the customer’s advocate within our product and engineering teams.
